when jon rips through the paper, he'll find a canvas with a painting of himself and his parents here, all three smiling happily with their arms wrapped around one another. in the bottom right hand corner of the painting, damian has signed the painting as "d wayne". )

[Shortly after the delivery to the library, Accelerator sends a text message.

It isn't difficult to figure out who sent him the bracelet. There are pitifully few people who would give him a gift unprompted, and even fewer who would send this specifically. In fact, he can count the number of people on one hand who would ever make him a bracelet, and only one of them is in Etraya.

So he texts Jon.]

You didn't have to make me anything.

( now jon may be eleven years old but he’s not stupid and considering what just took place back at his dad’s fortress, he can only guess why hernan is reaching out to him. he could ignore the message, sure. but that would mean the other kryptonian would likely just come after him, so. )
